This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") aims to provide details on the purposes/reasons for which we collect your data on our website and via the Loosto mobile application (hereinafter referred to respectively as the "Site" and the "Application"), how we use them, and the rights you have.

The site ensures the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with privacy laws, notably Law No. 2010/021 of December 21, 2010, regulating e-commerce in Cameroon.

  • The registration number with the National Order of Physicians of Cameroon

  • Connect you with a Healthcare Professional;
  • Allow you to manage appointments made with Healthcare Professionals;
  • Process your request when you contact us via our contact form;
  • As part of the management of our cookies;
  • To improve navigation on the Site or use of the Application, the quality of the services offered, and appointment tracking;
  • To manage requests related to your rights;
  • To carry out statistics, in particular on the activities carried out on the Site/Application;

The recipients of your personal data are:

  • Healthcare Professionals when making appointments;
  • Authorized persons within the support team responsible for executing the services concerned. They only have access to the data necessary for their functions;

In accordance with regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify and erase it, as well as a right to limit processing, a right to portability, and a right to object.

You also have the right to define your directives regarding the conservation, erasure, and communication of your personal data after your death.

You will need to indicate the personal data you wish to correct, rectify, or erase and identify yourself precisely with a copy of an identity document. We will do our best to respond satisfactorily to your requests and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.

Note: We inform you that the deletion of certain data could lead to the cancellation of scheduled consultations.
